My good friend asked me to create an inviting sign for his cozy AirBnB in Michigan. His family’s surname is “Bright”, hence the very pun-intended greeting. Having gotten the chance to stay there myself, I was inspired by both the peaceful outdoor scenery and also the well-curated mix of vintage and modern yet homey decor inside the home. I wanted to incorporate all of these elements to illustrate a welcoming sign that would set the mood for a relaxing stay.
